RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

The customer may withdraw from a distance contract concluded with extralink24.com within a period of up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you decide to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product, you must send this information by e-mail or communicate it by telephone.

Returned goods must not bear any signs of use. Only return the product in its original packaging.

How to return goods

Once you have communicated your intended return (by email or telephone):

  1. Place the returned product in its original packaging, protect it from damage during transport and pack it in a properly prepared parcel.
  2. The device must be restored to factory settings.
  3. Place information on the outside of the serving pack:
    reasons for return and your order numberto which the returned product relates.
  4. Send the package to:

  5. Send to the above email address - waybill number and bank account details for reimbursement.

Where to make a complaint?

The customer can report the goods by:

  • Contact us by telephone on +48 508 974 399,
  • by email to rma@batna24.com
  • in person

The customer shall make a complaint as follows:

  1. By e-mail or telephone, stating the serial number of the device to which the complaint relates.
  2. The fault should then be described.
  3. Once the claim has been accepted, the customer will receive by e-mail instructions on how to proceed and an RMA label to be affixed to the claim package.
  4. The parcel should be sent to:

How do I prepare equipment for a claim?

After registering the complaint, please secure the returned equipment properly so that it is not damaged during transport and send it back to the address indicated in the e-mail correspondence, not forgetting to place the RMA NUMBER.

IMPORTANT! Please make a backup in case of a claim on electronic equipment containing your data, as it may be irretrievably lost during the processing of the claim.
