How to use?
Fill our tub with cold water from a garden hose or tap and add large quantities of ice to lower the temperature even further. Studies have shown that temperatures below 15 degrees have significant health benefits. It is important to avoid hypothermia. To this end, baths should last no longer than 10-15 minutes and the temperature was regulated within a range 10-15 degrees Celsius.
